Tony Becraft has served as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Compliance Officer since the Company was established in September 2015. Since April 2024, Mr. Becraft has also served as Senior Vice President at AGNC Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC).
Mr. Becraft was previously Treasurer and Head of Credit at CRT Capital Group, LLC, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s liquidity profile, trading, and counterparty relations. Prior to joining CRT in 2009, Mr. Becraft was a Managing Director at RBS Securities Inc. (formerly Greenwich Capital Markets Inc.), where he was responsible for managing the firm’s counterparty credit risk. Previously, Mr. Becraft also worked for RBS in London and Paris in a number of risk and restructuring roles.
Mr. Becraft is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He holds the Series 7, 24, 27, 63 and 99 registrations.
