Brian Carroll has served as Chief Financial Officer and Financial and Operations Principal since the Company was established in September 2015. Since April 2024, Mr. Carroll has also served as Senior Vice President at AGNC Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC).
Mr. Carroll was previously Senior Vice President, Finance and Head of Operations at CRT Capital Group, LLC, where he was responsible for operations, liquidity management, accounting, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining CRT in 2010, Mr. Carroll was Vice President, Operations at RBS Securities Inc. (formerly Greenwich Capital Markets Inc.).
Mr. Carroll received his M.B.A. in Financial Management from Iona College and a B.S. in Finance from Siena College. He holds the Series 7, 27, 24, 63 and 99 registrations.
