Brian Carroll has served as Chief Financial Officer, Financial and Operations Principal and member of the Company’s Board of Managers since the Company was established in September 2015.
Mr. Carroll was previously Senior Vice President, Finance and Head of Operations at CRT Capital Group, LLC, where he was responsible for operations, liquidity management, accounting, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining CRT in 2010, Mr. Carroll was Vice President, Operations at RBS Securities Inc. (formerly Greenwich Capital Markets Inc.).
Mr. Carroll received his M.B.A. in Financial Management from Iona College and a B.S. in Finance from Siena College. He holds the Series 7, 27, 24, 63 and 99 registrations.
